Fly Ash Brick Making Machine

Fly ash brick making machines are utilized for creating fly ash bricks from a mixture of fly ash, cement, sand, and water. By-product of burning coal, fly ash is often collected using electrostatic precipitators or bag filters. A pan mixer, conveyor belt, brick-making machine, and hydraulic system are commonly included in the machine. The components are mixed in a pan mixer, and a conveyor belt transports the mixture to a brick-making machine where it is compressed and formed into bricks. The pressure required for the compression process is provided by the hydraulic system. Depending on the mould employed, the fly ash brick making machines can manufacture bricks of different sizes and shapes.
